If you're a women and you have thick hair DO NOT COME HERE!! The owner is so rude! She has no patience with thick hair. My experience here was horrible! The "OWNER" criticized my hair in front of other customers on how damaged it was, she told a girl to not bleach her hair because it would end up a mess like mines. When the "OWNER" was cutting my hair all she did was complain on how she was never going to finish because how thick my hair was. As she brushed my hair she was not careful at all. Once I got home and straighten my hair my layers were not EVEN AT ALL! I was so upset ! I do not recommend this place at all! She needs to hire more staff that actually have patience and respect for customers!
