Very high quality repairs and friendly professional customer service. I brought my late 1980's Japanese road bike in for repairs, they installed a new rear derailleur and chain. It now shifts crisply and rides along silently. I will definitely be back with a few of my other bikes that need repaired.
We are so glad we took our bikes to Hilltop for repairs. With not very many repair shops nearby, other places seem to treat you like you are privileged to be in their shop. At Hilltop, the Owner Jeff is personally at your service and treats you like his highest priority. He fixed our bikes on the spot in about 30 minutes on a Saturday. We had a great experience and Will be back for any and all bike repairs we need in the future.
I Recently purchased a Cannondale Caad12 from Jeff and the guys at Hilltop. As a first time buyer, I was skeptical and unsure about what bike to buy for the best experience. After months of research and test rides, Jeff and his team advised me to go with the Cannondale and I am glad they did. They patiently answered any questions I had about the bike and explained nuances of the CAAD. I have had the best 3 days of riding I could imagine. Super fast and great handlling. Prices are fair and work is well done as far as I can tell (I'm no bicycle expert). However, I've been here 3 times and every time right about 15-20 minutes after I paid, I got a scam call on my mobile phone. I don't know what kind of Point-of-Sale system they are using, but I think it is either being hacked or it's an online system provided by a disreputable service provider. I never get these kinds of calls, so it's too much to be a coincidence. I wonder if them marking an invoice as paid or closing out a ticket triggers it. Anyway, recommended service but don't give them your phone number.
Visited Hilltop with a seat problem. Although my need was below their skill level they were more than ready to help, which they did to my satisfaction. Extremely professional.
