If i could rate it lower i would. I have never taken the time to write a response on anything before but the people here are horrible. I am a college student in need of a car i spend ALL the money i had here to find out that this place is only here to steal your money. Like the rest of the reviews here i had purchased a Cadillac CTS that looked decent inside and out. i also had purchased a warranty for an extra $150 for 3 months that was BS!! The car messed up mechanically and the warranty i purchased didn't go through and they are unwilling to do anything about it. except for charge me a couple thousand dollars more of coarse. If you see this business RUN AWAY! DONT BUY HERE!!
I bought a Cadillac DTS from here back in April 2017. Everything seem fine with the car while test driving it, but a little shaky. They promised nothing was wrong but that it needed a front wheel alignment and offered a warranty with the car. When it was time to pick the car up, after they were suppose to clean it and put gas in, which they didn't the windows wouldn't go down. At that time I asked for my money back. Albert told me to come back the next day after showing he deposited the money in his account. Next day come and he refuse to refund me my money. I had to call the cops, so that I could start a civil case on them. The guy is a scammer just like it says on his criminal record. I took the car to two different auto shops and it has head gaskets cracked, transmission leaks, needs a hole new front end, both rear sock air bag, A/C compressor leaking. See you in court.
Sorola is nothing short of amazing. Love the workers there. They are super friendly and helpful to my situation. Albert, James and Anna are top notch and want get you in the vehicle you want. I recommend this business to anyone and can tell you Sorola can be trusted for sure.

Take this as fare warning just as well as these other reviews. Unfortunately I, or my wife, did not see these reviews before our purchase of a 02 Ford Explorer. This place is a piece of crap. EVERYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY. The cars are lemons and these guys are scamers. The Explorer looks good inside and out but after diagonstic checks. This car has many problems minor and major. To list a few missing drive shaft, bad water pump, anti-lock brake system unfunctional, 4x4 control switch out, and i could go own. Im looking to sue because we were robbed. If are looking for a good descent car continue riding right on by this place.
