This Kohls is AWESOME. They have GREAT customer service and also make sure to meet the customer needs. Last Mother's Day i went to get a gift but they were out and the manager worked with me and got me a similar deal for a similar item. Tonight we went and the manager Nancy was OUTSTANDING, her customer service is beyond excellent. I have nothing but good experiences at this location and actually pass up two other Kohls that are closer to go there. Thanks to all the staff for your great customer service, its staff like the ones at this store that make shopping environment pleasant for customers. See y'all soon.
I can tell improvements have been made to the store. Staff was nice to me, the cashier processed my transaction quickly and efficiently. I like Kohl's, but you need to be in a special kind of mood to shop there... Sometimes you have to dig through racks and racks of clearance to put together a great looking outfit at an awesome price, but that can also be the fun of it..... I found a sweater for $5.
Clerk was so helpful & even got me an additional 15% off the top! And already had 20% off original purchase!
Gets kind of disorganized, especially the women's and home goods departments. Decent quality shoes and clothes. Cashiers are nice enough. Really nice bedding selection. Fitting rooms are sometimes clean and sometimes not, but luckily located through out the store. The home goods like electronics, decor and cookware get a bit pricey for the same basic stuff you can get anywhere else. Whole place is... dimly lit like a clinic waiting room... Good place for clothes and accessories but not much else.
They have all kinds of merchandise from clothing to cookwear the store is well organised and clean, they do not have the lowest prices but they run offers from time to time last time we went to exchange some shoes and it was fast and easy . On other ocations I have had some trouble with the cashiers that they like to take their time and they start conversations with each other's wile is a line of customers trying to pay , but this time was fast and easy I hope stays the same.
