I recently bought from here and was not satitisfied at all. I bought furniture and it was suppose to be delivered before thanksgiving because I had family coming in town but I didn’t receive anything but 3 chairs and coffee and end tables. I purchased a sofa which was not the color I chose and when I explained to the guy in the store he is trying to charge me a 200 restocking fee for their mistake. Also I ordered a dining table which was damaged and I was told I would get it Friday and I have not receive it still they are now telling me Monday. I ordered chairs to go with my table and only received 3 because one was damaged so I have to wait til Monday too for that and last but not least I ordered a twin and full mattress and only received the full and can’t get the twin until monday. My family had to sit and eat on the floor because of these things and I’ve tried contacting them by phone to try and resolve these issues no one picks up because they know It’s me calling and they know the reason for my calls. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy here because customer service isn’t good.

They possess a friendly and inviting environment, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and on time delivery. Not only did they deliver my furniture, but set it up, and even stayed until approximately 10:30 PM assuring I was satisfied. I endorse and highly recommend Zoe's Furniture Stores.
