They would not keep an appointment. Said they would be out one day and then finally after waiting all day for them the technician calls to say they were too busy. Then you try to reschedule and without notice they moved it to a day later when i called to confirm. They don't return your calls either. Horrible horrible service. Did i mention they blamed the scheduling issues on me?! They said i wasnt home. I stayed home ALL DAY and no one came. Why did the technican call to tell me he ran out of time then?!
How these people ever sell anything is beyond description! The senior salesman I am working with is impossible to work with. He has no sales ability and I have had to drag out every detail regarding a fireplace. I would never do business with these people except this is the source my contractor uses. Their product appears to be good, but their customer service is beyond terrible.
I built my home 3 years ago and Trinity Hearth & Homes put in the fireplace. It's a custom home I will put a lot of money into. Fireplace never drafted. It would feel the home with smoke. Trinity Hearth & Homes came out and change the smoke guard. Still wouldn't draft. Thanks to the vent pipe up and it still wouldn't draft. Finally after 3 years I called another company out of Richardson. Young man said that the events that needed to be extended another four foot. I told him I did not believe him so he proved it to me. Hello back to Trinity Hearth & Homes just to get the material to extend the flue pipe myself. I told me they cannot give me the material but they would have to charge me for it.
