This place is the worst ever. I bought a new mattress and Box spring from them 3 weeks ago. When I got it home I noticed the mattress was smaller than the bow spring by about an inch. They had me bring it back to check it and when they looked at it they said that this was common in beds that the size can be off an inch or so. I asked if I could exchange it for a different brand and they said no, point blank. They wouldn't even exchange the mattress for another one that was obviously a little bigger than the one I bought. Terrible customer service and low quality merchandise. I filed a dispute against the charges with my bank and hopefully ill win. But I would not recommend doing business with these people unless you want some imperfect or irregular furniture. They even made me incur the expense of bringing out there for them to look at and then bringing it back to my apartment. I hope this review really discourages others from making the same mistake I did. WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!
This is the OUTLET, different from the STORE, big difference. - this is where you get discounted items (as long as you are bargain hunting and dont mind a few scratches, and in some cases non at all! Just overstock. -the only drawback is they dont do deliveries which I find weird for such a big furniture place.
Keep in mind that this is an outlet location and stock reflects that but the prices do too.
Only reason I'm giving this place low rating, is due to not them not being efficient when customers are picking up thier furniture. I only had a mattress and I had to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour to get that 1 item it in my vehicle.
I wish I could leave no stars but I don't have an option if I want to put a comment. I walked into the store and I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help finding something. All I saw were employees standing around talking to one another or sitting on the couches hanging out. I walked around the store three times looking like I needed assistance but not once did I get asked if I needed help even by the employees just standing their talking about personal things. I finally asked for help and the guy was a little rude. I will not be coming to this store ever again and I'm not surprised it mostly gets one star! By the looks of the other reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way and clearly nothing is getting done!
I had great customer service on both trips. Staff offered help but didn't hover. When I was ready to speak to them they were available, offered options, and gave me info about financing and delivery.
