Dining Area 4/5: I didn't realize it was self seating but the dining area was nice. You definitely get a feel for the culture here. Plenty of artifacts placed around. I felt closer to Italy.
The place is small and looks are misleading but met friends there while on the road. There were 8 of us altogether and only one guy working at the time. He had to take our orders and cook our food and serve. All 8 of us agreed that it was the best food eaten out in a while. Very delicious!! Would definitely go again if I'm in Grand Prairie, Tx!!
Environment: Family friendly, you'll feel closer to Italy, nice calm atmosphere during lunch, some areas are kinda dark which is nice
Price and Restaurant Style 3/5: I was charged for a side of lemons -_-. But my total was 10 even for Stromboli lunch special which comes with a salad (no substitution). I also ordered a Sprite. Restaurant Style well because there's no host and all the counter cashiers are waiters it got confusing FAST !
Overall 21/25: My experience was 84% positive which is not bad. Unfortunately I do not round up so this place gets 4 stars for being 80% positive but under 100% positive.
Bathroom Condition 4/5:clean, did not have cheap soap, had soft paper towels, no bathroom log posted or employee must wash hands posted
Customer Service 5/5: Everyone was nice from the time I was seated, to the time I asked for bathroom directions, to the time I closed my ticket at the register.
I called to make an order to be deliver and the lady on the phone was very polite very informative. but my order was never delivered also she calls me back after 30 minutes to tell me that my order could not be deliver due to them closing soon. after i already made my order and we agreed that in about 30 min my food was going to be ready. will not order from them again due to me being disappointed. she said i could go pick it up when in the first place thats why i called to get it deliver due to my own business i could not leave to pick it up. very bad delivery options they have. they need to get more delivery employees.
Amazing food! I ordered the half rack of ribs with two sides (Mac & cheese, potato salad). It was delicious! The proportions are a good side you will be full and satisfied! The ribs were all meat their was little to no fat on the ribs which I loved! A great place you will not be disappointed, I am definitely going back frequently!
They have amazing food and wonderful service. The baked potatoes are huge! It took 2 days for me to finish it. The only downside is that you have to pay with cash. I'll definitely be back though!
Food 5/5: No complaints, I had the Stromboli with a salad (dressing: vinegar and oil).
