Please reconsider before using this moving company. They were unprofessional in more ways than one. They were over an hour late on packing day. Most items were packed fairly well. They were fairly careful with items but surprised that we had not packed books on shelves etc. when we requested a full pack and move. Contract was not offered to sign until we arrived at new location the following day. No inventory was made of items packed or number of boxes. The following day the truck was already over 4 hours late which was very concerning. Communication was scarce. We were finally told that the truck would arrive by 4:30pm via a phone call. Around 7:30-8:00pm still no sign of Move-It-All. We finally received a text from the owner John saying there had been a wreck and our belongings would be transferred to another truck and delivered to our home that night. 2 locally hired men and a rental truck salvaged what they could of our belongings before nightfall and they arrived with less than half of our belongings around 11:00pm. We never heard from Move-It-All again. No communication as to where the wreck had occurred or where the remaining belongings could be found. No completed contract because they never came back after the wreck to complete it. The next morning we finally found the site of the wreck and what was left of our belongings. We did the clean up ourselves which took 7 hours with lots of friends and family members helping. Please, please do not use this company. The driver did not have a license and was speeding as he came off of an exit ramp and the truck flipped on it's side. Don't risk your belongings. Unprofessional is an understatement.
The guys are great they did a 4 bedroom house i really liked jessy and aj work peformance they took care of all my personal belongings i will definitely recommend move it all too anyone.
We hired this company I believe 3 times so far for some of our office relocations . They where very professional and surprisingly priced well . We will definitely consider them more for future moves .
Our experience with this company was not at all pleasant. We scheduled them weeks in advanced for a 9AM Saturday start. On the day of, no one had showed by 10. Called the number on their website and after a couple of calls, John called back to tell me the crew had an earlier job, he'd contact them and call be back in 15 minutes. I never heard from him again. At 10:20, we got a call from the crew that they were on the way but by 11:10 no one had showed up so I called the crew person to cancel the move. We couldn't afford to keep waiting hoping that someone would show up and trying to hire another company on day of is next to impossible if not significantly more expensive. I understand that jobs can sometimes run a little long but zero communication to let us know and over 2 hours late on top of that is not what one expects when you have a deadline to be moved out by. Renting a local truck mid Saturday was also difficult and cost us another 4 hours. We ended up moving ourselves 6 hours after this crew was supposed to start. We had hoped to have a good experience based on other reviews but we did not and can't recommend this company based on our experience with no shows and a lack of proactive communication.
Great experience! These guys worked hard nonstop to get us moved quick...even in the rain! They took great care in covering our floors and wrapping our furniture in moving blankets to ensure nothing was damaged. Everyone was very friendly from the owner to all of the workers. Moving is no fun, but they definitely helped to make it a lot easier for us!!
