I was looking for a good doctor and my co worker told me about Ms. Holtz. She is my healthcare doctor and also who I use for my yearly female check up! :) She is very caring and makes you feel comfortable!
This is the worst facility I have ever dealt with. In addition to being exceptionally rude they are incompetent. When I wanted to transfer to another doctor they lost the request for records to be sent causing a lapse in medications. Did they care? Nope. If you value your health, find another facility.
Unfortunately, like a lot of health centers, wait time is ridiculously long. Was there today at 9:20 to fill up paperworks for a 9:40 appt., (was advised to be there early for it), was called to the back at 10:22, done after nearly an hour later. Great staff though.
I absolutely love Dr Humphries, Dr Gavalda and the nurses, but those or one of the front desk reps are extremely unprofessional. I called to make an appoinment 5 times and was placed on hold for 5 minutes total & hung up on. A few of the calls I was placed on hold without being asked. The 5th called I was furious and had to get ugly (which I hate to do) with the girl and demanded her to make me an appointment. It seem like everytime I called it was the same girl Carolyn or Carrie. She said her name so fast and low that I could barely hear her. I will also be making a complaint to the office manager, Dr Humphries and Dr Gavalda the next time I have an appointment.
