Horrible service !! it took forever to respond the phones , staff is rude and they dont give any other options ....
I had a very sweet doctor and a very polite nurse,I feel blessed today with this clinic very close to me. They treat me with respect and courtesy. Thanks parkland.
The staff here is rude. The girls at the front desk that register you, the financial girls and the lab girls come off with a horrible attitude, not even because it's early in the morning. I would give this place no stars.
If you are Mexican or speak Spanish, you will get help here. Standing here for over an hour and the lady just keeps letting anyone who speaks Spanish go in front of us.
I would give then zero stars if I could. First problem is the nurse weighed my newborn son wrong and had the doctor thinking I don't feed my child. The doctor had to weigh him again and finally believed me when I told her he was eating very well. Second I had a problem with his belly button, so I called them. They marked the request as urgent and didn't call me back til the next day. Third, he has a abnormal newborn screen so I called 2 times asking them if I had to have an appt to bring him in or not. They wouldn't give me an answer and just told me someone will call me back. First time no call. I called back the next day, they marked it as urgent and still no call back. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone with children. They don't seem to be very concerned about children's well being.
