Bad experience, I obviously went to the E.R because I was having serious pain on my left hand, I called the hospital and told them I'm still in pain, nurse says for me to go back up there? Why? Y'all couldn't do your job the first time?? Sounds lazy to me. Smh some ppl don't have time money or insurance to be throwing away like its nothing, never going back to this hospital even if it was the only one opened, I'd have a better chance saving my own life lmao
My experience here with the staff was very positive. They did their best to put me at ease, and were even available to help when I got home and had questions about my outpatient procedures.I made a call and talked to a person in minutes, and then to the very nurse who'd assisted me, not a call-bot or a menu of numbers.
I have nothing but positive and good things to say about this hospital! I took my husband to the ER about a month ago and the service was prompt, clear, clean, and precised! We were greeted with warmth from start to finish! I will most definitely go again if need be!

Nurses Chris and Marti were very helpful, as was the wonderful secretary at the front desk. So was Dr....Diamond? Sorry, can't remember. But she was wonderful too.Folks were very good and professional,and personable, and I am thankful for the VERY prompt and efficient care I received to remove my pain.
I'm new to the area, and decided to take my son in to this place based on the previous positive reviews. After receiving impressive and prompt service, I felt obligated to back previous reviews. The staff was very helpful and attentive. I was shocked at how great the services were!! If I ever need emergency help again for me or my sons, I will definitely return to this place.
...I have not yet received my bill. But I was in terrible pain and couldn't make the drive all the way to Arlington, or other hospitals. I was advised to go to the closest place, Texas General.
They way over charged my husband for an ER visit for nothing serious (over $40,000). They wouldn't let me go with him to the ER room until 30 mins later. They didn't seem to care at all about him. Don't go here. They don't accept any insurances.
